Free cars and motorcycles always stand by the spawn point, on the sidewalk along the palm-lined avenue of Corpo Plaza. They're the city's vehicles for newcomers: they belong to nobody, but you can take one.

#How it works
- Walk up to a free one and take the wheel: it's assigned to you, and the prompt next to it shows that it's yours.
- You can have only one at a time, even across all your characters. If you get into another free one, with any of your characters, your previous one goes back to its spot.
- While you're at the wheel, others can ride as passengers. When you're not around, nobody can get in.
- If nobody sits in it for 15 minutes, it goes back to its spot and is free again. It also goes back if you leave the game and don't return within that time.
- Starter vehicle plates begin with STR.
#How it differs from your own car
A starter vehicle can't be locked, parked in a garage, called with the phone, sold or given away. It has no trunk and doesn't count toward your limit of 5 cars.
Once you've saved up for a car of your own, visit a dealership: the cheapest model costs 6,500 €$.
