In the game's world Trauma Team works by subscription: "seven minutes or your money back". An armored AV, armed medics, and the bill afterwards. Probably the only corporation people trust: it plays no politics and asks no questions.
On the server the crew gets anyone back on their feet after they're knocked out on the streets of Night City. The crew's post is at the Old Nature Clinic on Corpo Plaza.

#A medic's work
A medic on duty sees two buttons in the G menu next to a patient: “Resuscitate” and “Treat”.
| Revive | Treatment | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it's for | Someone unconscious | Someone on their feet and hurt |
| How long it takes | 8 seconds | 4 seconds |
| Result | The patient gets up with 35 health | Health back up to 100 |
| Price for the patient | 600 €$ | 300 €$ |
| The medic gets | 50% of what the patient paid, in cash from the treasury | 50% of what the patient paid, in cash from the treasury |
- You can start helping from 2.6 m away, and you have to stay next to the patient the whole time. Walk away and the help stops.
- The patient pays what they can: cash first, then from their bank account. Their money goes to the Trauma Team treasury. A new character's money (their first 120 minutes of play) goes to the city, and the medic gets nothing for that help.
- A patient on their feet can refuse a treatment while it's going on: it stops, and the medic sees “... refused the treatment”. A revive can't be refused.
- The Trauma Team treasury pays the medic's share out of what the patient paid. If the patient has nothing to pay with, the medic gets nothing for that job.
- Medics don't restore armor.
#Calls
Calls come from the phone's Emergency app (911) and from the /ems command. Every medic on duty sees them on the “Faction” tab, “Calls” section. You can take a call and set a route to it.
#Treatment at a clinic
Players can also get treated on their own at the desk of any clinic: 400 €$ for full health. That money goes to the Trauma Team treasury too.
Rules for medics: Government faction rules. What it looks like for the injured: Medics and hospitals.
