These are the default keys. You can change the Neonesis keys in the settings: F2, the “Controls” card; see the Key settings page. Hints in the game always show the key that's bound right now.
The Neonesis keys work while you're in the world and no loading screen is up. While Ctrl or Alt is held down, a key bound without it doesn't fire. An open window takes every key except Esc and the key that opened it.

F2
The main window, opened straight on the “Settings” tab
F3

Enter
Opens the chat line; press it again to send the message
Tab
Inventory (instead of the game's scanner)
E
The action at a spot: bank, ATM, shop, a home's door, hotel reception, talking, a job's depot, wardrobe, “Pick up”
G
The interaction menu for the nearest player within 3 m. In a car it opens the car menu, and at your own car's trunk it opens the trunk. It also answers offers to trade, to carry you and to join a faction
L
Lock or unlock your car (or one you have a key to) within 12 m
↑
Take out or put away the phone, answer an incoming call
Chat:Enter sends, Esc cancels, Tab switches the channel between general chat and faction chat, Ctrl+V pastes text.
