On this page
While you play, the main window has a “Property” tab right after “Character”. It gathers everything your character owns or may use. The data comes from the server and refreshes every few seconds while the tab is open.
#Summary
At the top, four tiles: how many homes, businesses and vehicles your character has (the vehicles with the used and total garage places) and how much money went into buying them.
Below them, the filter “All of it”, “Homes”, “Businesses”, “Vehicles” and the order of the cards: “Valuable first”, “Newest ones” (the latest purchases first) and “A to Z”. An empty part says so and tells you where to get one.
#Homes
| What | What its card shows |
|---|---|
| A home of yours | What you paid, since when it is yours, the tax a day, the tax debt and when the city takes the home back, garage places, the wardrobe (kg used), the door (for its people only or open to guests), guests inside |
| A hotel room | The room number, the price a day, paid until and how long is left, the hotel's garage place, the wardrobe |
| A home by key | Whose it is, the interior, the wardrobe, the door and guests |
| The family HQ (a house or an office) | The family, the royalty a day from the treasury, paid until, the family's garage places, the family stash |
#Businesses
Each business: its kind and name, where it is, what it was bought for, its account, the stock (and how full it is), the markup, the tax a day and the next one, today's revenue and the last 7 days' with the number of sales. A business in debt for its tax has a red card and shows how many of the three days are gone.
#Vehicles
A car's or a motorcycle's card: its picture, maker, class, year, name, plate, what was paid, where it is now (in the garage, in the city and in which district, “You're at its wheel”, someone else at its wheel, going to the garage, wrecked, to restore by insurance), whether it is on the marketplace. Your family's cars are listed too, marked “Family car”: who gave it to the family and when, where it is and its stats. They are the family's, not yours, so no price paid and no mileage. Its stats: top speed, power, power-to-weight, mass, drive, seats, trunk, colour and condition (flat tyres, broken windows). The “Tuning” block shows the engine, gearbox and brakes levels and the turbo once installed; without tuning it says “Factory build”. A very long list shows what fits and ends with “And N more”.
#Mileage
Every car has its own mileage, in km, large on the right of its card. The server counts it only while a player drives the car (a car called with the phone or sent home doesn't add any), never counts a teleport, a tow or a car put somewhere else, and keeps it with the car when it is sold. It changes nothing for now.
