The Neonesis RP forum: forum.neonesis-rp.ru. It has the staff's news and announcements, Night City's laws, the server rules and the factions' charters, plus complaints, appeals, faction applications and bug reports. You can read it without signing in.
#Signing in
- Press “Sign in with Steam” and sign in with the Steam account you play with.
- Choose a character: their first and last name sign every post, complaint and application you write. You can change the character at any time.
- Post in the right section. The server rules apply on the forum too: rule 4.10.
- Your forum avatar is the one in your Steam profile.
- If your account has no characters yet, create one in the game: it shows up on the forum within a minute.
- The staff write as “Neonesis staff”.

#Laws and rules
The city's laws, the server rules and the factions' charters on the forum are the staff's official text, and those topics carry the “Official” mark. Nobody replies in them: questions about them go to the “Suggestions” section. They're written in Russian. The wiki has the same rules with the same numbers: Server rules.
- “City laws”: the Charter of Night City, the Criminal, Traffic, Administrative and Procedure Codes, corporate law and the table of fines and terms. The characters live by them, and the police work by them.
- “Server rules”: the general provisions, your account and character, respect for other players, communication, role-play and conflicts, property and the economy, gambling, complaints and punishments.
- “Factions”: the charters of the police, Trauma Team, City Hall, N54 News, Arasaka, the gangs and the nomads, plus families, store robberies and ATM hacking.
#Complaints, appeals and applications
These sections are filled in with a form:

- One complaint, one situation. It's written first-hand, with evidence and without insults (rule 9.2), no later than 3 days after the violation (rule 9.3).
- In a complaint's or an appeal's topic only its author and the staff reply. An appeal is reviewed by another admin, not the one who gave the punishment.
- A faction's leadership answers an application in the same topic. Its author and that faction's members can post there.
- Each such topic has a status: open, in review, decided. The staff's decision comes in the same topic, and the topic is locked.
- You can also file a complaint in the game, with F3: Reports to the administration.
#Posts and moderation
- You can edit your own post for a day, and delete it within 30 minutes as long as nobody has replied to it.
- In posts you can highlight text, quote, add links and mention a character as @First_Last: they get a notification. Notifications also come for replies and for decisions on your requests.
- For breaking the rules on the forum, moderators hide posts, give warnings and close the forum to the offender (rule 4.10).
