#How to write to the administration

  1. Press F3: the “Reports” window opens. Your reports are on the left, the conversation is on the right.
  2. Create a new one and pick a category: “Question”, “Complaint”, “Bug” or “Other”.
  3. Describe what happened. For a complaint, give the player's number, for example #12.
  4. If you have a video, paste a link to it: it's the best evidence there is.
  5. Send it and wait for an answer: when an admin replies, the button gets an unread mark.

You can also ask a quick question with /report text: it reaches the administration as a report in the “Question” category.

#Categories

CategoryWhen to choose it
QuestionYou don't understand how something works, or you need help
ComplaintA player broke the rules. Give their number and attach a video
BugSomething in the game or on the server isn't working right
OtherAnything else

#What a report shows

  • “Waiting for an admin”: nobody has taken the report yet.
  • An admin's name and “is on it”: an admin has taken the report.
  • “Closed”.

In the conversation you can add details, press “The problem is still relevant” if nobody has answered for a long time, or “The problem is solved” once it's sorted out.

#Limits

  • Open reports at a time: no more than 3.
  • A new report: no more than once every 30 seconds.
  • Report text: up to 20 lines, roughly 500 Russian letters.
  • Only a character in the game can write a report.
  • Closed reports are kept for 90 days.

#How to get help faster

  • One report, one situation.
  • No insults: a report with insults is closed without review and you get a warning, rule 9.2.
  • Say what happened, where and when, and who was involved (player numbers).
  • Don't write in the general chat, and don't call admins by voice in the middle of a scene.
  • False complaints are punished: rule 9.1.
