The punishments in these rules have the same names as in the server's moderation system: warning, jail term, voice ban, kick from the server, account ban and address ban. What each one means is explained on the Punishments page.
#1. General provisions
The rules apply to every player from the moment they join the server. Not knowing the rules is no excuse.
The administration may punish actions that spoil the game for others, even if the rules don't describe that exact case. The spirit of the rules matters more than their letter, and getting around a rule on a technicality counts as breaking it.
An admin's decision in the game is followed at once. If you disagree, say so calmly and later: in a report or on the forum. Arguing with an admin in the middle of a situation, pressuring them and insulting the server's administration are forbidden.
Pretending to be an admin, a developer or any other representative of the project is forbidden.
Advertising other projects, servers, shops, channels and communities is forbidden in any form: in chat, by voice, in N54 ads or in your name.
Players may not sell or buy in-game money, property, items, vehicles, characters or accounts from each other for real money or for anything of value outside the server (RMT). The only way to buy anything in the game for real money is through the project's official donations.
Cheats and third-party programs that give an advantage are forbidden: aimbots, speed hacks, fly hacks, wallhacks, shooting macros, editing game files for gain. The server runs an automatic anti-cheat.
Deliberately using game and server bugs is forbidden: duplicating money and items, walking through walls, hiding inside textures, causing crashes. Found a bug? Send a report with the “Bug” category. Nobody is punished for an honest bug report.
Interfering with the server's operation is forbidden: flooding it with requests, looking for vulnerabilities without permission, tampering with other players' data.
#2. Account and character
One person plays from one Steam account. Creating several accounts, playing on someone else's account and handing yours over to others are forbidden.
Evading a ban with another account or from another address is forbidden.
One player's characters live separate lives. Passing money, items, cars, homes or businesses between them is forbidden, including through other players, and so is using one character for the benefit of another.
#Character name
A character name follows the “Firstname Lastname” format, and both words must look like real names. Not allowed:
- names of famous people, politicians, and characters from Cyberpunk 2077 or other works (for example V, Johnny Silverhand, Judy Alvarez);
- references to drugs or extremism;
- jokes, memes, nicknames and words instead of a name;
- names that look like an admin's name or the project's name.
Your character can go by a street name in the game, but it can't be part of their name.
#3. Treating other players
Respect other people's game. A role-play situation your character loses is as much a part of the game as a win. A good scene is worth more than winning an argument.
Deliberately getting in the way of other people's play out of character is forbidden: blocking walkways, doors and counters, ruining someone's work on a shift.
Threats of real-life harm, revealing players' personal data (name, address, photos, social media pages) and any action against a player outside the game are forbidden.
