Combat Cab runs in two modes at once: dispatch sends you clients who wait at stops by places around the city, and players call a taxi from their phones. The taxi stand is by the metro station in Downtown.

#Dispatch clients
- Start your shift at the taxi stand: your cab appears nearby.
- A client waits at one of the 104 stops by places around the city, no more than 1.5 km from you.
- Pull into the stop and come to a halt. While the client gets in, stay at the wheel and keep almost still for 6 seconds.
- Drive them to a stop 600 to 3,000 m away and wait 3 seconds while they get out.
Pay: 70 €$ plus 130 €$ per kilometer in a straight line, up to 850 €$. The job level bonus comes on top.
#Player rides
A player calls a taxi from the “Taxi” app on their phone or with the /taxi command. You see up to 20 calls, nearest first, and take one.
- You have 10 minutes to pick the player up, or the call is cancelled. If the client walks away, the call's marker moves with them.
- The passenger or the driver sets the destination: a place in the city or a marker on the map, at least 100 m away.
- The meter runs only while the driver is at the wheel. It never counts more than one and a half times the straight-line distance, plus 50 m.
- The ride ends when the passenger gets out. If they leave the game or switch characters mid-ride, it ends too, and they pay what the meter shows.
| What | How much |
|---|---|
| Price for the passenger | 50 €$ to get in plus 130 €$ per kilometer, up to 2,600 €$ |
| For the driver | 20 percent goes to the company, the rest to the driver, plus the job level bonus, but never more than the passenger paid |
| Rides shorter than 150 m | Free |
The passenger pays in cash first, then with their bank card. If they don't have enough, the driver gets nothing for the ride.
If the passenger is a new character (their first 120 minutes of play), their fare goes to the city. The driver gets what the city pays for the same distance on a dispatch order, never more than the passenger paid, and only for a ride that counts as an order while the hourly order limit isn't reached. Otherwise the driver sees “A new character's fare goes to the city: this ride pays you nothing”.
#Hailing a taxi
You don't have to call a taxi from your phone: just get into the back seat of a taxi that's on shift, and the ride starts the same way as with a call.
If someone unconscious or cuffed is put into a taxi, no ride starts for them and the meter doesn't run on them.
#Tips
- While you're a taxi driver on shift, you can't call a taxi for yourself. You can't take your own call made before the shift either.
- Don't take a call while you have a dispatch client in the car.
- A call that nobody takes waits for 5 minutes.
