A mechanic heads out from the workshop in Arroyo in a service pickup. There are two kinds of work: broken-down cars by the city's roadsides, and players' cars that need a repair.

#City orders

  1. Go to the workshop in Arroyo and press E: a pickup appears nearby.
  2. A broken-down car waits by a roadside 300 to 2,500 m away. The city has 36 such spots in all.
  3. Drive up, get out and press E at the car: the repair takes 12 seconds. Leave the pickup no more than 60 m away.
  4. The repaired car drives off by itself after 20 seconds.
  5. After 4 orders, go back to the workshop for your run bonus.

Pay: from 180 €$ to 360 €$ per car; the farther away it was, the more you get. Run bonus: 10%.

#Repairing players' cars

When you're on shift and standing on foot next to a player's car (within 6 m), you see the “Offer a repair” prompt.

  • A repair costs 350 €$. The offer goes to the car's driver, or, if nobody is in it, to its owner if they're nearby.
  • They have 45 seconds to accept. The money comes out of their cash first, then off their bank card.
  • The repair takes 12 seconds, and the car has to stay parked nearby the whole time.
  • The workshop keeps 20%, the mechanic gets the rest, plus the job level bonus, but never more than the customer paid.
  • The same car can be repaired no more than once every 10 minutes.

A player's repair counts as an order, but it isn't part of the run of 4 city orders.

#Fuel for players' cars

If a player's car has less than 15% fuel left, a mechanic on shift can offer to fill it: walk up to the car on foot (within 6 m) and choose “Offer fuel”.

  • The driver or owner pays for 15 liters at the city's price plus 120 €$ for the call, in cash first, then from their bank card.
  • The workshop keeps 20% of the call fee, the mechanic gets the rest, plus the job level bonus, but never more than the call fee itself. The fill counts as an order.
  • More on the Fuel and gas stations page.
