City districts

Night City is divided into districts, and the districts into areas. Each one has a life of its own: the corporate towers of City Center, the markets of Watson, the gangs of Heywood and Santo Domingo, the desert beyond the city wall.

Here, “places on the map” means banks, ATMs, shops, bars, clinics, garages and the other spots where the E key works. “Homes” means apartments and houses that are for sale.

#The districts at a glance

#City Center

Corpo Plaza and Downtown: glass, money and corporations. Every newcomer starts here: the spawn point by the Bank of Night City, the job center, the courier depot and City Hall. The city's most expensive homes, penthouses with a view, are here too.

#Watson

Kabuki, Little China, Northside and Arasaka Waterfront. Markets, megabuildings, bars like the Afterlife and Lizzie's, the NCPD precinct in Little China. Northside has the Maelstrom base and the truckers' cargo port.

#Westbrook

Japantown and Charter Hill: neon, restaurants, clubs and the Cherry Blossom Market. Japantown is home to the N54 News studio and the Tyger Claws base.

#Heywood

The Glen, Wellsprings and Vista del Rey. The NCPD station in The Glen, the Valentinos base in Vista del Rey, lofts and city apartments.

#Santo Domingo

Arroyo and Rancho Coronado: factories, warehouses and private houses. This is where you find the delivery drivers' and garbage collectors' depots, the mechanics' workshop, the NCPD post in Arroyo and the 6th Street base.

#Pacifica

Coastview, West Wind Estate and Dogtown behind the Barghest wall. The Animals base is in West Wind Estate. Dogtown is open: you can drive in by road through the checkpoint.

#Badlands

The desert outside the city: trailers, roadside motels, a garage and ATMs. Truckers haul cargo out here too.
